Finally we have STEPS up the mountain to the dog runs! It is SO nice to have this piece of construction complete. November 6, 2011
We are still waiting for our contractor to build our steps up to the dog runs from the cabin; dig the trench &
run the water & power up to the runs. He better hurry -- it's getting cold! Also, we still need to build compact
shelters that serve both as a snug cubby hole to get out of inclement weather and a place to perch in nice weather.

Move Update: If you ever have to relocate 9 10'x10'x6' kennels and 6 Alaskan Malamutes contact us for expert advice. All
I can say is, "We all feel like we've been 'rode hard & put up wet'!" It is NOT easy to relocate a dog kennel
-- it takes up front planning and way too much very hard work. We're probably 60% finished and we are exhausted. We will post
additional news regarding our move as we progress.

Inukshuk Alaskan Malamutes moved from Apex, NC to Valle Crucis, NC!
June 11, 2011: Inukshuk
Inspiration Arizona won Best of Opposite Sex at the Asheville Kennel Club in Fletcher,
NC under judge Mr. Mike Jackman for 1 point. She now only needs her final
major to earn her AKC Championship, and all from the Bred by Exhibitor class.
